    I graduated from the National Holistic Institute in California in 1997 and have had the opportunity to work in several different avenues of massage therapy since then, including teaching in MT programs for the last 18 years.

    I am so excited to be able to focus all my attention on giving back to my amazing clients, creating relationships with new clients, and building New Beginnings! I take pride in the fact that our spa is a place that you can come in to, get a session tailored around your needs and not have to worry that we are going to upcharge you. New Beginnings Therapeutic Massage and Spa is a luxury spa without the luxury prices.

    Through my own health challenges, yoga became a source for easing my back pain, stress, anxiety and depression. As a lifelong student and naturally empathic person who recognizes and sees the undercurrents of energies swirling around us, my desire to learn led me to follow my heart to earn my Yoga and and Reiki certifications. I am now fully doing what I love to do while using skills I have built throughout my life's journey.

    I am Advanced Yoga Teacher (500 hour certified) who also holds a Bachelors in Business and a Masters Degree in Education. I have a true passion to help others experience the many healing benefits of yoga and reiki. My aim is to provide space for clients to develop an inner sense of calm as you work towards strengthening the body, mind and spirit.

    While not "working", I'm hiking, reading/studying or spending time with my family and friends.

    I am the Lead Massage Therapist here at New Beginnings Therapeutic Massage and Spa. I chose to put all of my eggs into this basket when I graduated from BTI with honors as a licensed massage therapist in 2018. Every day since then, I have been learning and growing with each and every one of my clients. I offer different massage modalities including Thai Yoga and Deep Tissue. Trained in cupping and Guasha, I will suggest and use these tools when appropriate.

    I love energy work and try to incorporate that into all of my sessions. I am a highly empathetic person and will tailor our session around your needs. I offer Reiki healing sessions (including crystals), I even offer Tarot card readings on the weekends. I am proud to be a member of the New Beginnings family, and as a client with us you will be a part of our family too.

    I am a graduate from Berks Technical Institute (BTI) in Wyomissing, PA. I received my license in April 2019. Having a Dual license gives me the freedom to help my clients with different services which they can benefit from greatly.

    As a massage therapist, I aim to treat each client as unique individuals by providing treatments and bodywork that are goal-specific. I am trained in and offer several different massage modalities including: Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Lymphatic Massage, and Thai Massage. To enhance your experience, I may suggest therapeutic tools such as Guasha, Hot stones, Heated Bamboo sticks, Cupping or Aromatherapy (RainDrop and AromaTouch technique).

    As a Licensed Cosmetologist, and Body Contouring Specialist I provide services such as goal orientated facials (anti-aging), (lymphatic), and (light therapy for specific skin conditions). Body Treatments for exfoliation and Body Treatments for weight loss and skin enhancement. I use techniques such as Wood Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and Cavitation Devices to help with weight loss goals and weight management.

    I am a 2007 graduate of Berks Technical Institute for Massage Therapy. My goals are to assist clients with stress or injury, enabling them to rebound faster and with less pain. Utilizing a variety of techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial, and deep tissue massage, allows me to help my clients to achieve their recovery goals.

    I have been making people happy and helping them feel good for almost 21 years as a massage therapist. I graduated from East West School of Massage Therapy in 2002. I spent 10 years teaching in the MT program at BTI with Beth Zullinger. My massage treatments offer the perfect blend of relaxation, mixed with therapeutic, Swedish, some deep tissue and aromatherapy. We can tailor your session to what you want and need.

    I also offer Manual Lymph Drainage Massage (MLDM), Prenatal, Myofascial Release and Soft Tissue Release (STR) and am a certified esthetician, graduating from Empire Beauty School in 1999.

    I graduated from BTI the year of 2019. When I give a massage I want my clients to feel and be comfortable. I want to help them relax and reduce their pain by giving a therapeutic yet relaxing massage. I always try to listen to my clients needs to see and what ways I can help them. Personally for me, New Beginnings is a place where you can be yourself and feel at home.

    Amber graduated from Berks Technical Institute’s Massage Therapy program and has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist since June of 2019.

    Dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals of pain relief and stress reduction; she enjoys giving different therapeutic massage treatments such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Hot Bamboo, and Sports massage.

    Amber personally benefited from massage therapy during recovery from injuries in the past and is happy to have the opportunity to help others experience the same!

    I graduated from Berks Technical Institute (BTI) in 2018 and got my license early 2019.

    I have experience in Swedish, prenatal, reflexology, hot stone, and several other massage modalities but excel at therapeutic massage with soft tissue release and trigger point therapy. My passion as a licensed massage therapist is helping clients release pain and muscle tension in the neck, lower back, and shoulders. I take pride in providing excellent client care that focuses on my client's needs.

    Adriana graduated from Berks Technical Institute in 2011 and has been practicing massage ever since. She is trained in many modalities but chooses to focus primarily on deep tissue and trigger point.
